Stress Talks To Us

 

Stress talks to us, I know it talks to me at times, it tells me and my body that something is wrong. I get this weirdSubconscious unnatural nagging worrisome feeling that happens from a very bad situation. Something that can’t be resolved immediately and could linger on for a long time; it’s always in my subconscious.

Feeling Guilty


You could feel guilty about something you did and it’s too late to resolve the issue, or maybe someone did something bad to you that will affect the way you live for the rest of your life.

Prolonged Stress


Prolonged stress throughout your life can cause grievous bodily harm. The amygdala, a part of the brain that has a primary role in processing your memory, decision-making, and emotional reactions will determine how the rest of your body will react to stress.

Things That Start Stress


There are many things that effect stress such as loneliness, hunger, job, fear, relationships, worries, childhood traumas, resentment, anger, helplessness, health; I could go on and on but I just want to talk about the ones that were a contributing factor that led to my to my kidney problems later in life. They are Childhood Trauma and Worry.

Childhood Trauma


Childhood traumas, like most traumas, will remain in your subconscious, but can be awakened by things that happen in everyday life, things you might be completely unaware of. You could be in a certain place, smell something familiar, or hear something that will remind you of a certain trauma that took place long ago; I’m sure we have all noticed this at one time or another in our life. Unless you have somehow solved the problem, it will always linger in your subconscious.

Worry Wart


Are you a worry wart, I am, at times I’m optimistic about things, depends what they are, and other times I’m pessimistic about things, depending what they are. On the whole, throughout my whole life, I worried about everything, I still do. I think this worrywart thing, was triggered by Childhood traumas and continued my whole life.

Try To Be A Perfectionist


I go through my whole life trying to be a perfectionist, make everything perfect so I don’t have to worry about anything; very difficult to do and causes additional stress.

Can’t Let Issues Linger


I believe stress talks to us, if we listen to it and try to resolve issues that can be resolved, we eliminate some of the stress; can’t let those issues linger, the less stress we have to live with, the better.

Chronic Kidney Damage


Stress in my life caused prolonged high blood pressure, eventually damaging my kidneys; wished I had listened toChronic Kidney Damage stress telling me to get help; if your in the same boat, don’t wait, get professional help, you might live longer. Don’t forget, if your kidney damage is Chronic, it’s with you forever.
